Lucas Drilling Services is a division of AJ Lucas Group (ASX: AJL), an integrated services provider to the coal and coal seam gas, energy, water and wastewater, public infrastructure and civil construction industries.
Drilling Services
Lucas provides a comprehensive suite of services to the coal and coal seam gas sectors in Australia; including exploration, production and directional drilling, workover and well completion services, pipeline and surface infrastructure installations. We operate one of the largest fleet of drilling rigs in Australia (77); our equipment is well maintained with many of our rigs featuring innovations in safety and efficiency. Our decades of drilling experience (we pioneered the development of horizontal directional drilling in Australia) and reputation for reliable program delivery, result in safe, productive drilling services for clients and communities alike.
Our People
Lucas Drilling Services has an experienced and stable workforce of approx 600 employees; many live and work in our project regions.
