Carbon4 CFQ is an innovative lubricant specifically formulated for diamond tooling that is non-toxic, biodegradable, and can significantly increase productivity and profitability.
Through a research program and investigation of the functions of wear in diamond tooling, Carbon4 has developed a lubricant that preserves and protects the individual diamonds found in most diamond tooling.
In a multitude of abrasive, friction and wear environments it forms a coating that radically improves lubrication, which yields longer tool life and substantially increased drilling rates. It also dramatically reduces the micro fracturing of the diamonds, which is considered the major function of wear in sintered diamond tooling.
