Drilling companies who are not members of ADIA are now invited to participate in our inaugural Drilling Industry Salary Survey.
Results of the survey will show the different salary levels being paid to offsiders, drillers, supervisors etc. in an easy to read report format.
This will allow companies to be able to benchmark what they are paying their own employees against what the industry averages are.
All feedback provided is held in strict confidence by Wentworth Advantage whom ADIA have contracted to collect the data and produce the finished results.
Participating companies will be provided a free copy of the report on completion.
