Over recent weeks ADIA has had a number of concerned members reach out about the updated Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021.
We understand this concern as it is a complex issue and quite a radical shift from the previous Act. Hopefully as we progress this in the coming months, it will not be as hard as it may first appear.
